It helps to apply the concealer precisely in the most narrow and difficult areas: under the eye or on the sides of the nose and the eyeshadows.
It has three functions:
1 To intensify eyeshadow colors but for small eyes which have a small eyelid.
2 To draw the shadow line between the fixed eyelid and the moving eyelid “eyelid folds”.
3 To apply the eyeshadow under the eye.
