To conceal bags under the eyes, simply draw a semicircle under the eye and then blend in using your fingers.
Can be applied under or over foundation.
To cover a spot, carefully dot over the area and then blend in using your fingers or a small brush.
The two-colour version lets you mix two different tones to match your own skin tone better.
